Privacy Policy — Dental 3D Scan

• Account data: your email address and a technical user identifier, used for sign-in and account recovery.
• Scan and 3D model data: photos and images you upload (including radiographs / lateral cephalograms), the resulting 3D models, export files (STL/OBJ/PLY) and related processing metadata such as point-cloud size, vertex and triangle counts, and quality scores.
• Technical data: device type, app and operating system version, processing parameters and error reports.
• Subscription data: plan status, expiration date and transaction identifiers received from the App Store.

The App does not request patient names, medical records or other personal health information. If you enter such data into file names or comments, you do so at your own discretion and responsibility.

• linking results to your account and giving you access to your scan history;
• verifying access rights within your subscription plan and its limits;
• technical support, error diagnostics and improving processing quality;
• security and prevention of abuse.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Camera and photo library access is used solely to capture or select the images you submit for processing. Permission is requested at the moment you use the corresponding feature and can be revoked at any time in your device settings. Part of the processing runs directly on the device.

Uploaded images and generated 3D models are stored in the App’s backend storage and database and are linked to your account. Access is restricted to your account by server-side access policies. Export files are generated on request and delivered to your device through the system share sheet.

For certain features (photo-based reconstruction, 3D model generation, cephalometric analysis, restoration design) images and request parameters are sent to the App’s backend and to AI model processing services in order to produce the requested result. Transmitted data is used only to fulfill your request. AI results are assistive and are not a medical diagnosis: clinical decisions remain with the practitioner.

Registration and sign-in use email and password or a supported sign-in provider. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Your scans and models are restricted to your account by server-side access policies.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through App Store in-app purchases. Payment credentials (card number and billing details) are handled by the App Store and are never received by the App. We store only what is needed to grant access: plan type, expiration, auto-renewal status, cancellation or refund flags and transaction identifiers. Subscription management and refund requests are handled in your App Store account settings.

We use service providers only to operate the App: cloud backend and storage hosting, AI model processing for the features described above, and the App Store for purchases and subscription status. These providers process data only to deliver these functions. No data is sold or shared for advertising or profiling.

We collect anonymized technical and product events (feature launches, processing success, errors, result characteristics) to assess stability and quality. Analytics is not used for advertising profiling and does not include the content of your images.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access is restricted by server-side authorization rules, and keys and secrets are kept outside the client app. No system can guarantee absolute security, so we recommend using a strong password and not uploading data you do not need to process.

Account data, scan history, processing metadata and generated models are retained while your account exists or until you delete the relevant records. Error logs are kept only as long as needed for diagnostics; transaction records are kept as required to confirm access rights and meet accounting obligations. You can delete individual scans and models in the App and request deletion of your account, which removes the associated data and uploaded content; some records may persist briefly in backups or where legally required.

The App is intended for professional use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Privacy and data deletion requests can be submitted through the support section inside the App, which reaches the developer directly.
